Ms. Rupa Gurunath being part of the third generation of the promoter group is the Grand Daughter of the company’s Founder, late Sri T.S. Narayanswami. She is the daughter of Vice-Chairman and Managing Director, Sri N. Srinivasan. She is a Science graduate and acquired PG diploma in Computer Science. She was inducted into the company's board in September 2007 and has become a Whole Time Director in March 2010.
